Today my dear girlfriend M flew back to Auckland. We've known each other since 1978, the year I left home and headed to Hamilton in the Waikato to study. M and I were in the same class and we just clicked, her family welcoming me into their home, gosh seems such a long time ago now but the memories are held close to my heart. We've had a wonderful few days together as if we've never been apart, times we will always treasure for years to come - thank goodness for girlfriends :)

The rest of the day and days to come I've been unpacking from being away and catching up with the house jobs, all quite boring after all the wining and dining that's been going on of late :)
