Sweet pea and snow.

The weather forecast was depressingly correct and the snow arrived overnight. The sweet peas are still hanging onto life at the back door, but I fear that their days are numbered. Interestingly the modern F1 hybrids that I planted have all lost their grip on the perch of life but this old variety from the 19th century soldiers bravely on.
