River of light

I have been out and about a bit today - this morning at home group and this afternoon to the West Worthing shopping area to go to the building society and to a stationery shop to pick up calendars and diaries etc. On the way back I stopped along the seafront and had a walk on the beach when this photo was taken. I had planned a cup of tea and a slice of naughty cake in the cafe there, but it was so busy that I came home instead (and had two sugar free sweets and a cup of tea, which I'm sure was much more healthy!) It's quite cold, but not unpleasantly so, and has been sunny all day :-)
