Haircut 100

I had a great idea for a blip today, alas it was well beyond my meagre photoshop skills so it'll have to wait for a bit.

Fortunately Alf has allowed me to blip his new hair so here it is.

He is suddenly really grown up, scary and brilliant.

Off out to band practise in a mo, in a barn, with no heat. Can hardly wait ;)
