Spellbound

Apparently that's what Disney does to small children.

A day of two halves. Several cuppas and a long overdue catch up with a friend followed by good news after a trip to my GP for a change. I escaped my health check with normal or better results for all my tests (which for the fasting blood sugar done last was a minor miracle given my show week diet of chips, caffeine and sugar) and no nagging. That may be because I pre-emptied her on the weight and issues with exercising over the last couple of years but still result.

The rest of the day passed pleasantly enough but I'm somewhat frustrated with myself at how little I achieved.
