Went for a bit of a wander again today - Ian's starting to feel better (he wasn't well on the plane on the flight home - some kind of stomach bug).

We visited Bramber Castle and the church. Went to Jack and Jill windmills (now only open on Sundays) and then for a walk up to Chanctonbury Ring. We saw a young kestral in field, sitting on a straw bail waiting for some food. And on the way up we say this wonderful beech tree.

Didn't make it all the way up to the top, Ian decided he wasn't yet well enough for the climb - it's a bit harder than it looks from the ground, and considering he'd only had some toast and chips since we left Egypt on Sunday he didn't do bad.
