Fish tacos

Scraping the bottom of the barrel I managed to rustle these up. Not as good as taco tues down at south beach bar and grill but filled a hole.

Cod (reduced at Ralph's as nearing sell by date) - grilled. A mix of tomato purée and sauce with some chilli powder as we had no hot sauce/salsa. Cream cheese, lettuce onions and tomato (to make it reasonably healthy) and topped off with grated cheese and jalapeños.

My interview for sales position got pushed back AGAIN to next mon afternoon. Will I ever interview for it? Or are they just not that bothered about filling the position? I must get brownie points for perseverance. But I'll be pissed if after all this time and effort they don't want me.
