ALMOST ... Too late again.

I think this is one of the reasons we seem to be glued to a camera very nearly 24/7/365. A stuckathome day. Very nearly cloudless. I spotted this strange formation, which I think may be a left-over from a vapour-trail.
By the time I dashed in, grabbed it and dashed out it was close to invisible and it took a lot of jiggery and a soupçon of pokery to render them visible.
Question ... What kind of air movement would brush/sweep those delicate curves?
Next question ... Will the "c-cedilla" be rendered, yet again/as usual, by a "?" Apparently not, well not in preview anyway.
