Chitting nicely.

I mentioned that some schools of thought sow direct. I learnt th chit well, to the state of having almost a plantlet before planting/sowing.
Since there are 6 of them, all looking healthy, I thought I'd try & compare 3 well chitted against 3 direct sown. As some were "chittyer" than others I've tried both chitted and unchitted to see how theyt compare. 1 = 2 diameters deep: 1 = 1 diameter: 1 = set on surface.
