Unexpected

This arrived in the mail for Girly today. She had written a poem and submitted it to the Grange at the beginning of the last school year. It's been about a year when she received back her poem and this ribbon came with it. We have no idea what it means -- from what I can tell, she didn't place first but the color must mean something. All participants in her age group got blue, red or green ribbons. Just a mystery and a fun, unexpected addition for her scrapbook.
