Daddy's birthday today. His girl came home to see him, he was thrilled. Two visits in quick succession, we are honoured.

I made him a cake, not your usual sponge and icing cake, he doesn't like that. I made him a crushed up twix bar and chocolate tray bake kind of a cake. He was very thrilled.

Tonight he is out at the whisky society sampling a few wee goldies in aid of football funds, He is thrilled to be with the boys tonight. He will snore very loudly when he returns. I am not so thrilled!
