A walk on the beach

A walk down on Aberdeen beach. I wondered what the effect would be if I took this shot at beach level, actually from about four inches above beach level. Not sure what I expected, but if I didn't know it was taken from so low down I would not know. I also tried to get a slightly blurry effect from the sea, but there was too much light to get a really slow exposure.

Although it doesn't look like it, I was right down at the waterline and had to make a hasty retreat just after I had taken this shot as a wave came in which came a bit higher than the others. I am sure sea is not good for cameras.

So I was a little underwhelmed by the result here, but the sky came out quite well.
