Another Sunset

This afternoon we visited a craft fair at Castle Fraser, one of the many castles in the area and about tenth miles or so from Aberdeen. When we left we past close to Bennachie, a quite prominent range of hills to the west of Aberdeen. The highest hills are just in excess of 500 meters.

Fortunately it was too late to consider going for a walk in the hills, it was almost dusk. As we were heading for home I noticed there was quite a nice sunset over the hills, and I was lucky enough to be able to pull off int a farm track. A short walk along the track, and slightly muddier, I found a place where there was a clear view of the hills.

Inevitably this photograph superseded the pictures I had taken earlier in the day.
