sparkling inside and out...

It's been a wonderful day of meditation (sometimes not so easy to sit with!), discussions and the introduction of new ways of seeing life, and new ways to question old beliefs! Invigorating for sure - and of course the inevitable 'more questions than answers' is where i find myself. This is an ok place to be!

We are now in the midst of the very rowdy part of the weekend...we've spent the day in silence, so when the cork is released.....well....lets just say they are all having a very good time! Lots of wonderful food, wine and i've even cracked open the bottle of Scotch i brought back from my last visit to Scotland, which was my dad's funeral! I'm glad to be spreading the warmth!

Today is also Terry's birthday, and even although he tried very hard (and i obliged) to keep it low keyed......someone got whiff of it...and so we sang happy birthday...then not just one..but 2 cakes were provided which meant the birthday song again, and again....poor guy! actually i think deep down he loved the attention!
