Flapjack heaven

I was gutted that Ireland lost in the final moments of the international against New Zealand. They deserved a historic win but it was not to be. The only thing to console me were the flapjacks that I had made in quantity earlier. Sweet but not as sweet as an Irish victory would have been.
For anyone interested I used maple syrup, golden syrup and black syrup in equal measures and muscovado sugar.
