Expresso machines

I went all the way to Birmingham today to visit the Fracino factory, more specifically to compare two expresso machines. Unfortunately, both machines demonstrated leaked and the guy showing us around was rushed and obviously had other things on his mind. I was also told that a machine would be cheaper if I bought it from a retail outlet rather than the factory so I returned empty handed. I am now undecided whether to purchase or not as the machines normally have an excellent reputation. More homework necessary...
