In the bleak mid-winter

Probably not ACTUALLY midwinter yet - but starting to feel that way.

Scraping the ice off the car windscreen is a daily chore (drawing silly pictures on the passenger windows an optional extra).

Work was endured. Think it may be like that for a few weeks. 'Nuff said.

Monday night photography class - we intended to head up to another reservoir to practise more star trails in the pitch black, but it was cloudy (and cold). However we were well prepared this time, torches, woolies, hats.

Time flew in.

Mr S emailed me details of a comet on 2nd Dec. 30 mins before sunrise. May have to set my alarm for this !
