Missing in action. Rubbish day but explaining further will lead to beating myself up which only sends the spiral rapidly in the wrong direction. I had an amazing weekend but my current flatness pervades the attempts at write ups so I'll give myself a break and see if there's the possibility of any sleep tonight. Vx
