Cognac

Had a wee wine tasting night last night and was introduced to the strange and rare narcotic that is fizzy cognac. Only made by one man Monsiuer Jean Balluet. This pleasure has to be frozen to -20C before consumption and tastes like nothing else on Earth, you can only buy it from Jeans chai. You have to horse the whole bottle in a sitting. This is a bona fida WMD....feckin' ace!!!

Anyhow, this is Jeans still, a work of beauty as well. Still to the left, overheads go through a heat exchanger in the middle that is pre-heating fresh feed. Then once we have the spirit tank on the RHS filled, off we go again for a second pass. Tasted his 20 year old cognac, simply sublime. A true craftsman, see you again Monsieur.
