Dying for a cuppa!

It's been a great day and I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching 13 adults the skills required to speak in public. Whether they take it on board remains to be seen but I got the message across and that's all that matters.
Yesterday's box was a success and all they had to do was take an item and speak off the cuff for a few minutes. As their minds were focused on the item they didn't worry about the watching crowd and we had talks about yoyos, whistles, rolling pins, tape measures, kitchen utensils etc. they'd grown in confidence by the end of the session which is fabulous.
I've returned home exhausted and in need of cup of tea with happy memories of a day well spent.
