Saved!

Was expecting 8 people for lunch today and had to make the soup and dessert last night as I was playing bridge this morning.
The caramel puddings were all in the cups I used as moulds and I was transferring them to the fridge. One slipped on the bars of the shelf and spilt the contents all over the fridge. I said a naughty word and emptied the fridge and cleaned it (ever tried washing custard off parsnips?). I made 4 more and got everything back in the fridge. I then got a phone call to say somebody was not coming, so 7 would have been enough!
The good news is that I now have a sparkling fridge, and the bad news is that I am eating a lot of caramel puds!
