dangly down bit

After a kick ass beach party down at Tynninghame (sp?) we stupidly decided to pack up the car and go camping on the Monday. Queue 800 arguments and a very tense first day. Stupid really, getting everything together for going camping requires 100% team effort and not 100% sniping at each other and blaming each other for not knowing where the tarpaulin is. Or the olive oil. Or the bug spray. You get the gist.

Anyway, a very very brief sunny episode in among a hellishly rainy day. The sky got very blue for a good 20 minutes and then very very dark again. Still, we'd escaped camping life and run away to a hotel, so were able to make the use of the sheltered beer garden bit before the heavens opened again.

Little did we know that days and days of sunshine were about to descend.
