Munich underground: 16/100 Freimann

Not much of a underground station, though. Freimann "underground" station was opened among the first stations in 1971, together with for example Alte Heide station. The rather modern look of my blip is because this part was added only in 2009, as Freimann station was the last in the network, that wasn't accessible for disabled persons.

Freimann station is one of only six above-ground underground stations in Munich's underground network.

Autobahn A 9 runs right next to this station.
