Home Sweet Home

Another routine day of work without anything memorable to record.

Tonight we've been to see the very funny Ed Bryne (with support from Ben Norris) for an evening of great comedy. He was great, full of energy, acute observations and lots of laughs. A great evening.

Whilst I waited for Annie to join me, I went into Aylesbury town centre to look at 'Home Sweet Home'. This is a temporary art installation using interviews with local residents who answered questions about their houses and domestic life. The results are projected onto an existing door and window using a video mapping projection. The result runs on a loop during the hours of darkness each evening. It's in a public space so is free and accessible to all. A single photo can't really do it justice (I've tried in the blip) but it's a really imaginatively edited piece and quite unique for the town.
