Another Rice Field Sunset

Once again, the sunset on the rice field couldn't be passed up. This pile of harvested rice stalks will be put through a separator to pull the rice from the stalk in the next few days.

It's so peaceful here in the village compared with busy Bangkok life. Roosters crowing, the noise of people talking as they go to work in the fields each morning, I can see why my friend's parents have no desire to go anywhere else.

The weather is great also. Although it is still hot during the day, the evenings cool off and I'm actually using a blanket when I sleep.
