Ankle Breakers

These high heels seem to be popular world wide (as far as I know) but it is beyond me why. I marvel at how women wearing these shoes can navigate in cities where the sidewalks are so broken and uneven. And texting or talking on the phone at the same time!
I'm sure it is a special talent, as I never see women with crutches!
