We and a friend prepared a traditional American Thanksgiving dinner for some Mexican friends. They loved everything, but it seems that pumpkin pie was the favorite. Squash is common here, but the varieties and preparation are different.
We are so thankful for great friends, food, and the fun we all had together. One man told me that the best part was all of us getting to know each other. Forming friendships around the sharing of food is always a good thing!
