At some point in the history of hospital design someone thought that beige and blue would work. They thought it to the extent that Manchester Royal Infirmary grabbed a job-lot and installed it without caution or shame. I'm unconvinced.........

Mum is out of ICU and now on the Cardiac Care Unit. It's a step nearer to freedom but she still has some distance to go.
