Winter Wonderland

Today we went into Central London to go to the Winter Wonderland which has sprung up in Hyde Park. It's huge and was incredibly busy. The friends we went with, went to it last year and said their kids loved it. And indeed they did this year too!

We went ice skating, wandered around the many German markets and the kids went on some of the rides. And goodness me there were so many to choose from. We spent all afternoon there and when it got dark, it really did look very magical with all the lights in the trees. I have to say I'm glad we went early because as we left, the queues to get in to the park were so long!

I think we are all feeling quite Christmasy now.
