The Shell Seat

Due to a late night last night, all the children slept well and when I woke up this morning, they were awake and playing nicely together.

After a cooked breakfast, we decided to take our guests for a walk down to the river and we took a short cut through Strawberry Hill House. The shell seat in the grounds of this house, is always a firm favourite with Amy and James and they were keen to show Amelie and Harrison it.

The fresh air did them all good and after we had said our goodbyes and they had left for home, James actually did his homework with very few complaints... wonders will never cease!
