Le Cheval Blanc (White Horse)

From this side, the peak does not look like a horse, it has two saddles on either side of it. However, today it certainly was white. Its flanks rarely look so pristine as avalanches scour the slopes down those channels, right down to the rock and soil as soon as the snow builds to any depth. It was minus 7 degrees C today so I did not look at the view for long (getting soft)!
