The Birthday Girl -and Rona.

As it was such a beautiful morning, MaggieD, Rona and I headed out early this morning and headed up towards the Lake of Mentieth. Almost a perfect flat calm and some superb reflections all around. I really wanted to catch a good birthday shot of Maggie and, if possible, Rona. This, I think was the best of them.

Back home and Maggie went for a walk with her friend Annette and Andrew and I got into the preparations for the big family get-together.
Now, the food has been eaten and the plates all tidied away. Everyone has headed home and two little ones were tired but happy. Euan got to switch on our Christmas lights and eat two bits of birthday cake while Eve got cuddles from everyone. Time to sit back and watch Strictly, the Results.
