Step six: Begin the project with vigor and zeal.
Step seven: Find many other things to do instead of said project.
Step eight: Store unfinished parts in conspicuous, inconvenient places.
Step nine: Dawdle and procrastinate unceasingly.
Step ten: Restore one's resolve to complete the long neglected project.
