All At Sea!

Early morning call this morning with an appointment at Dubai hospital for the now all too familiar blood tests!! Battling the traffic was one thing.....trying to find a 'useable' vein was another....but the nurse having to 'poke' around was just brilliant! Did end up with two holes though so double sympathy requested please!!!

In at 7:00 and back out on the road by 8:00 (thats quick by Dubai standards) and after my 12 hour enforced fast I was more than ready for a mango juice and banana to get the energy levels back up before driving off!

School was manic with rehearsals!!! Whizzed our way through the timetable, and after an extra hour of tutoring...wended my way back to the Trade Centre to pick up GK.

Then came the duck hunt!!!! Am sure you've read about it in the news.....if not, wait till the weekend and all will be revealed. Needless to say, tonight was not a good one for hunting ducks down on the creek!!....but when tweeters are keen, you just have to go with the momentum!

Abandoned the search as darkness crept in and ended the evening in Baskin Robbins tackling an enormous banana split!!! (shared of course!) My reward for beating GK on 3.12.13!! 31213 is unusual isn't it!

Bed calls...in preparation for tomorrows National Day Celebrations take 2!!!!
