Passport Photos (2)

If you think this is becoming a bit of a saga, it's worse on this end: due to a problem with dates, this is my third attempt at telling my tale.

Tried again with the passport photies. Listened to my Dad's voice in my head and stood up straight for the first set. A bit too straight: a bit like a guardsman peering out from under his helmet - chin slightly raised. The picture could have been taken by an ear, nose & throat Doc.

Back tonight for round two: chin down; the perspective was better and the secrets of my nasal cavity remain secret. Sadly, the processor set the temperature just a hair too far towards warm. My heid looks like a small planet after a cosmic spray-tan catastrophe.

Have to choose though, I'm not going back a third time, but I'll be showing the picture I choose to
Perfect strangers, and probably some of you lot, for the next ten years.

Don't really know why I care though. Even if I sent them a good picture, the passport people would make it look terrible anyway. That 's the answer right there: I'll blame the government.
