Super Quality Tea

Swamiji arranged to pick us up this morning to take us out for breakfast - the best place in the area. Here we are well here he is. I remember meeting somebody who talked about liking to cruise at ground level in a country. Well today we were certainly at ground level. This is a very fundamental place to eat but magnificent food. I know many Westerners would be put off by the appearance here but we have learned that these are some of the best places to eat. Many would not even notice or find such places without local knowledge or local friends who don't treat them like tourists.

So this is a grabbed snapshot of Swamiji who is so often on his phone taking calls from patients and friends and businesses. He is a very busy man. And despite appearances this place was packed out. I tried to get a photo of the way they poured tea, from a height but they didn't turn out so it will have to be another time and another camera setting. The tea was the best Ive had since I arrived in India. What do you think about the electrics? No health and safety guidelines here!
