Red Sox Nation

It's not every day that BJ and I have the opportunity to escape, and have some fun with our friends.

We, along with Dave and Kristen attended a game at Fenway against the Yankees. Of course the Sox came out with the win. The game was remarkably fast and we had plenty of time to explore the rest of Boston.

Lots of laughs were had, as we decided to set off on foot to Quincey Market. Seeing the sights and sounds of the city, we finally made it. Ate dinner at Hard Rock Café, seated in a large room packed with 9-14 year olds on a field trip (making us feel extremely old!), and watching the street performers. The laughs continued with the use of public transportation and the confusion therein, cab rides with foreign drivers lost in the "circle of death"... it's a miracle we made it back to the hotel!

It was an amazing weekend, one that we won't soon forget! Always a fun time with the Blodgett's :) Just think, we could've just watched the next World Series Champions!
