Day 64 – A catch up with friends, Ottawa

We are lucky to have some friends who live in Ottawa who were kind enough to host us for our week in the area. Art and Janine are friends we met whilst travelling in November 2010. We spent four months travelling around South America and spent a lot of time together. They are Canadian through and through and grew up in the Ottawa area, so we could not have better tour guides.

Art kindly picked us up from the bus station and we drove the 40 minutes back to their house. We spent the rest of the day sitting on the porch with a drink having a good old catch up, and then spent the evening sitting by the fire catching up on even more!
