I fear my wrist injury is going to end up being the focus of a few more blips, this one on the insistence of Sophie.
Unable to hold a jar in one hand and put a spoon in with another, I tucked the jar down my sling and was then able to do it.
It's incredible what you need 2 hands for and when you are down to 1 it's really hard - but determination finds ways round.
Should be a normal day ahead - school for Tracy, Jonathan and Sophie. Ballet and Guides for Sophie, Scouts for Jonathan.
Me? Limited work including a funeral and being at the turning on of the lights at St Peters.
