Christmas Journey

Year 6 from the local primary school came to church today for A Christmas Journey, which involved clips from the Nativity DVD to introduce the characters involved and to explore the real meaning of Christmas, especially the pain and uncertainty of that first Christmas which so often gets lost behind current glamour and glitz. Also included were some fun activities, including Christmas Bingo and a True/False quiz, as well as the obligatory refreshments!

Great fun and a privilege to be involved. Todays picture shows some of the 60 or so at refreshment time.
