I feel like I have been drugged which is true given I took a sleeping tablet at twelve last night as I woke up wide awake!!

Ali did a lovely reflexology session to try to get me back on track then into work with a very jam packed day - last meeting with the students was at seven i could hardly keep my eyes open or string a sentence together!!
