Upgrade

Someone's enjoying their upgrade!! Mark managed to get us upgraded on the flight over to NYC I don't know how he does it but it was a most enjoyable experience especially as we were flying into very strong headwinds and it took us much longer to cross the Atlantic than normal.

Three hour stop over in NYC before the transfer flight over to Salt Lake City - flight was packed and the seats very tiny after our previous experience - the person next too me was extremely large and probably could have done with two seats not one hence they appeared to be sharing mine - not ideal when you've been up for 20 hours and patience is wearing thin
