Learn something new every day. Now I know how to spell "silhouette".

There are some days that I have the HARDEST time making up my mind of which picture to blip. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

So there's a picture you don't get to see of this guy sitting on his favorite branch with his mouth open. It just wasn't as clear as I wanted it to be.

I calculated and tabulated the PTA fundraiser orders all morning. When I finally went outside, it was like an oven. Someone said it was 107 degrees! The winds had kicked up. Uh oh. Wild fire conditions.

Sure enough, there was brown clouds of smoke billowing from behind the mountains far in the distance north of us. Acres and acres burning. The evacuation center is in town nearby, so I think we are a safe distance from the fires. Pray for the saftey of the firemen and homes in its path.
