Out with Thanksgiving In with Christmas

Putting Thanksgiving stuff away today and bringing in Christmas decorations...I usually get this done long before now, but it's been crazy busy! When my kids were at home and I was doing the big family thing...I could get this done in a jiffy right after Thanksgiving....but now...they are all gone and I'm with someone else and it's just the two of us and it's busier now then it was then! Where have I gone wrong?
