The before shot

Here's our tree that we have had in the stand and watering but haven't had the time to decorate yet! We've had good intentions but somehow something else always comes up instead! Has Christmas become so commercial and we've become so busy that we don't even give ourselves a chance to feel blessed and understand the real reason for the season?
