Sitting on the fence

This is Smokey. He is part Siamese and lives next door to my parents. He is a beautiful cat but sadly rather nervous and flighty so he won't let us near enough to greet him properly. I took this photo through a window.

I've been at my parents' house today. They have some friends over who are mostly retired people. I seem to be pretty much alone in having to go to work tomorrow. I need to go home soon and do some laundry. I've not spent much time at my own place lately and I'd like to have some more time alone to relax.
