Room with a view...

We left Zurich this morning to catch the train to Lucern. The trains really put British rail to shame as they are clean, on-time and lovely and spacious. The scenery we travelled through was beautiful and we arrived on time into Lucern. We checked into our hotel and were greeted with this stunning view from our balcony.

We spent the rest of the day walking around the very quaint town and drinking hot chocolates by the river. I would never tire of looking across at the mountains and if it hadn't of been so cold I would have spent the evening on the balcony doing just that.
