This photo in no way does justice to the incredible ice-cream sky we saw as we drove down the canal this afternoon. Since the shot was taken out the car window between bouts of trying to get the children to stop bickering, it was pretty much the best I could do. Ah well. One snatches one's moments of serenity where one can .
