I have just returned from having a massage by Rosie, Travellersjoy's daughter, who is just starting her business after becoming qualified. She really is very good. I think my back was a bit like the clouds in this image before but now I am feeling quite spaced-out!

The wind was gusting sacks at me me when I jumped briefly out of the car to grab this. Difficult to hold still enough to get a sharp shot.
