Nativity

The Nativity scene at St. Nicholas Kirk has been unveiled. I had seen it was ready last week but still closed the last time I looked.

After a weekend of rain and cloud the sun has reappeared and it is still quite mild. Pavements were wet, I suppose they have never dried following the rain, at any rate I have not noticed any rain today.

My Christmas shopping was complete, but I now find I need to buy a present for a new arrival in the world. So the nativity scene is quite appropriate, though the new arrival in this case is not in Palestine and is not a boy. Something pink is required as myrrh is not sold in John Lewis as far as I know. I think a pink bunny might be on the cards.
